Paid Time Off
28 Days PTO (accrued) any unused balance rolls over each year. You may also opt to cash a portion of it out.
Three days paid bereavement leave and three days paid jury duty leave.
8 Paid Holidays a year
We are closed the week between Christmas and New Years (PTO).

Health Care
Community Printers pays 100% of the monthly premiums to provide health insurance coverage for the entire family: Kaiser Silver plan, Delta Dental and Vision Service Plan.
If you already have an insurance plan that you prefer, Community Printers will reimburse the premium cost, through payroll, up to the amount it would have cost the Company to insure you under its plan.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA): You may contribute to a pre-tax FSA to cover out of pocket medical expenses.
AFLAC: A variety of AFLAC programs are available; premiums paid via employee payroll deductions.

Union Membership
Community Printers is a member of the Printing, Packaging and Production Workers Union of North America. All permanent employees become union members and the company pays the dues. We also contribute a nominal amount to the union pension plan.
