Problems with Safari Browser

Certain versions of Safari web browser may have problems with the artwork upload feature. If you are using Safari and are having difficulties with the upload form, try using a different web browser.

Prepare Files For Upload

We recommend that you ZIP files before uploading to protect against corruption and shorten upload times. Include all necessary original files, links and fonts.

If you have not already done so, please request a quote or contact a customer representative about your art files.

How to ZIP your files

MAC

1. Select all the files or folder you need to ZIP.
2. Right-click and select Compress. Then in a couple seconds (this will take longer depending on the file size) you will be presented with a nice ZIP archive containing all of your files in it.

PC

1. Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
2. Right-click the file or folder, point to Send To.
3. Then click Compressed (zipped) Folder. A new compressed folder is created. To rename it, right-click the folder, click Rename, and then type the new name.
