1. File Name: Lastname.Firstname.tif 2. File Format: .tif or .jpg only 3. File Resolution: 300 dpi only (IMPORTANT) 4. Maximum File Size 3.5" wide x 2.75" tall or 1050 px wide x 825 px tall (artboard size) 5. Color Mode CMYK preferred.
